To find the perfect fit, use a soft tape measure to measure around your waist where the belt will sit. If you don’t have a tape measure, use a piece of string or cord—wrap it snugly around your waist, mark where it meets, then measure the length with a ruler. When you measure your waist, add 2 inches.
